Elbert Carson Lowery, Jr., 59, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022. He was born April 22, 1962, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the late Elbert Carson Lowery, Sr. and Ethel Horsley. He enjoyed yard work, fishing shows and animal shows. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Everette Howard Lowery. Mr. Lowery is survived by his wife, Belinda Register Lowery; step-daughter, Brandy Lee Rea; step-son, Terry Allen Shelton; sisters, Phyllis Mendoza and Dora Kay McDonald; brothers, Bucky Owens and Jeff Owens; two step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
