Garry Lewis Hairston, 52, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at his home. He was born March 5, 1969 in Martinsville, to the late James and Narcissa Elizabeth Cobbs Hairston. He graduated from Laurel Park High School, and had been employed by Food Lion. He enjoyed WWE Wrestling, talking, the New York Giants, and Georgetown College Basketball. He is survived by his brothers, Lamont N. Hairston, David Leon Hairston (Thelma), Curtis Eugene Hairston (Shena), Donald Lee Hairston, and Jimmy Carter. The funeral will be Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
