Glenn Lambert Rivers, 64, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at his home. He was born March 21, 1957, in Martinsville, to the late Moir Glenn Rivers and Shirley Ann Beasley Rivers. He was a mechanic for over twenty years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael Rivers; and sister, Patricia Collins. Glenn is survived by his wife, Tammy Lynn Belcher Rivers; daughter, Brittany Belcher; sons, Cody Rivers, David Belcher and Jonathan Rivers; grandchildren, Brook Rivers, Kiara Rivers, November Rivers, Memphis Rivers, Leon Belcher and Carter Belcher; and best friends, Mike Sink, Rodney Cox, John Collins, and Tommy Turner. Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. The funeral service will be Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
