Isaac Sean Rakes

Isaac Sean Rakes, 18, of Stuart, Virginia, passed away March 20, 2022. He was born on November 8, 2003 to Terry Stump and Ashley Rakes. Isaac was a Senior at Patrick County High School. He was a member of Pride of Patrick County Honor Band, and he attended Five Forks Wesleyan Church. Isaac had enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps through the delayed entry program. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virginia and Larry Stump. In addition to his parents, Isaac is survived by his step-mother, Dewonna Stump; sister, Jada Stump; brother, Marshall Adams; grandparents, Steve Rakes and Rhonda Lemons Rakes; and great-grandparents, Robbie Lemons and Richard Lemons. The funeral will be Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Mike Fain officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
