He was born February 13, 1974 in Martinsville, to Tony Dale Willis and the late Jennifer Bailey Willis. He enjoyed cars and family. In addition to his father, he is survived by his son, Justin Ray Bailey; sisters, Samantha Willis, Amiee Willis and Ashley Gonzales; and brother Mike Lewis. All services will be private.
