Yvette Michell Foreman, 56, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at her home. She was born September 8, 1965, in Martinsville, to the late Tason Lee Foreman and Mildred Prunty Gravely. She had worked at Tultex for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Virginia Gravely, Veronica Clark, Watkins Gravely, Thelma Gravely, Connie Gravely, Mary Gravely, and Timothy Gravely; and grandson, Daquan Foreman. She is survived by daughters, Alicia Foreman, Catina Foreman and Jameka Foreman-Adams; sister, Gloria Gravely; brothers, Michael Gravely and Tason Foreman, Jr.; and grandchildren, Qwame’ Foreman, Na’ima Jackson, Mecca Jackson, Naquan Foreman, JaMil Foreman and JaMilla Foreman. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be private. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
